Unless the kernel doesn't have a driver for your controller, this should
be as simple as booting up and installing on /dev/sd* (probably sda). To
the debian installer and everything else in userland, the raid 10
logical drive looks just like a single physical drive, it hides the
details from you - all you have to do is plop in the drives and set
things up in the raid controller's bios).
