intel xeon

Hello,
I have a intel xeon (in a HP Proliant 150 g2) and i would like to deploy
a Sarge into it. I think that this xeon has a 64 bits architerture, but
I wonder if I could use the ia64 port or the i386 or any one like the
non-oficial amd64 port so that xeon will work as a 64 bit machine...
