darcs on the ia64

I noticed there is not a darcs package for the ia64, so I got looking through
the build logs. All the recent builds seem to be dying off from a
latex/tex4ht error that occurs while producing the documentation.
The relevant lines are:

Does anyone know anything about this? Does latex/tex4ht have known problems
on the ia64? Does latex/tex4ht need to be updated on the build boxes? Is it
possible to build the package without the documentation for the ia64?
Thanks! -T
