Yup, I think you're on the right track.  acpi_hp_csr_space is
not currently exported (see arch/ia64/kernel/ia64_ksyms.c).
Can you add it there and see whether it fixes your problem?

If so, please send me a patch.  And a pointer to the Nvidia
package would be nice, too.  I see some Nvidia code in
drivers/char/agp/agpgart_be.c, but it doesn't reference
acpi_hp_csr_space().
