__LP64__ is _supposed_ to be defined by mumble-standard compliant
compilers...

$ find hppa64-linux/ -type f |xargs grep __LP64__
Binary file hppa64-linux/bin/gcc matches

Hrm.  So it seems to be built in, not in a specs file.  Why doesn't
alpha define this?
