Too bad it has so many KDE dependencies (installing it more or less means you install KDE), but so far it is the only tool that shows you a nice colored diff to the previous string. When translating documentation (e.g. Release Notes) this is an essential feature, as sometimes there are small changes in huge "strings" (think paragraphs). Spell checking doesn't work for me, but I didn't take the time to investigate if it is a configuration problem or a bug.
