win32-loader 0.7.4.5: Please translate the package win32-loader

Dear Debian I18N people,

win32-loader is a Debian Installer component, used on CDs and DVDs to
launch a Debian Instalaltion from Windows.

It is listed among "level 3" of Debian Installer translations:
translations that are not critical for D-I but "good to have".

win32-loader already includes ar.po ast.po be.po bg.po bn.po bs.po ca.po cs.po cy.po da.po de.po dz.po el.po eo.po es.po eu.po fa.po fi.po fr.po ga.po gl.po he.po hr.po hu.po id.po is.po it.po ja.po kk.po km.po ko.po lt.po lv.po ml.po nb.po nl.po pl.po pt.po pt_BR.po ro.po ru.po sk.po sl.po sq.po sr.po sr@latin.po sv.po ta.po te.po th.po tr.po ug.po uk.po vi.po zh_CN.po zh_TW.po.
So do not translate it to these languages (the translators will be
contacted separately).
