SV: [DDTSS]: internal error fetching librhash-ruby and librd-ruby

finished the Danish translation, and can see what it was 129696 according to the English text, but the translation was written to

http://ddtp.debian.net/ddt.cgi?desc_id=130288&language=da

a package which has only been active for today.

and the wrongly translated short description has now been written to

http://ddtp.debian.net/ddt.cgi?desc_id=87243

the database must have an error (but not a clue about how it happens).

130288 and 129696 is mixed together (and i don't think 130288 should exist at all).
