tgif 1:4.2.2-4: Please translate debconf PO for the package tgif

Hi,

The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
tgif. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent
for that package.

tgif already includes translations for ca.po cs.po da.po de.po es.po eu.po fi.po fr.po gl.po it.po ja.po nl.po pt.po ru.po sv.po vi.po,
so do not translate it to these languages (the previous translators will
be contacted separately).
