D-I Level 3 update email

Hi everyone :)

I received a D-I update email (usually helpful) saying:

> Changes for vi level 3
>   between 2010-05-05 03:55:06 +0000 and 2010-05-06 03:55:07 +0000
> 
> Changed files:
>  * win32-loader/l10n/po/vi.po : 58t -> 58t1f2u
> 
> Old totals: 79t0f0u
> New totals: 79t1f2u

so I updated via SVN, and my file was shown as "updated". However, it did not contain any new or changed strings.

Options:

1. something weird is going on
2. Clytie is confused
3. both
