apt-listchanges is in git, and I would welcome a patch from you, but
it's not in the repository that you can push to. So either make the one
where you'll do the changes public somewhere, or do your changes in a
local clone and run:

$ git format-patch -n origin/master..
$ git send-email --to madcoder@debian.org *.patch

And I'll deal with the result just fine.

Else, I'll grab things from the BTS, your call :)
