What you translate are timezone names. These timezone names are
themselves "translated" to English.

So, indeed, you should not use underscores but spaces....

Actually, these translation came before the possibility to use
"Choices-C" existed, which would now save us an English "translation"
and allow translators to use the English version, not the original
names.

Switching would however need a big work, similar to the work made a
few months ago by Frans Pop for console-data....
