playmidi 2.4debian-9: Please translate debconf PO for the package playmidi

Hi,

The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
playmidi. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent
for that package.

playmidi already includes translations for:
ca cs de es fr ja nl pt ru sv vi

so do not translate it to these languages (the previous translators will
be contacted separately).
