Launching a new l10n NMU campaign?



During Debconf, the i18n sessions enhanced the need for a new NMU
campaign in the lenny release cycle. This time, it could be done
earlier than the etch one, which was done during the release freeze.

That would probably help in pointing the package maintainer's
attention to l10n needs earlier in the release process.

I indeed expect that, for many of these packages, the initial note of
the NMU process would trigger an action by the maintainer but even
this would be pretty helpful, I think.
