debconf PO translations for the package openssh

Hi,

The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
openssh. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent
for that package.

openssh already includes translations for:
ca cs da de el es fi fr gl it ja nb nl pl pt pt_BR ro ru sv tr uk vi zh_CN

so do not translate it to these languages (the previous translators will
be contacted separately).
