debconf PO translations for the package fontconfig

Hi,
The debian-l10n-english team has reviewed the debconf templates for
fontconfig. This opens an opportunity for new translations to be sent
for that package.
fontconfig already includes translations for:
cs da de es fr gl ja nb nl pt pt_BR ro ru sv tr vi zh_CN
so do not translate it to these languages (the previous translators will
be contacted separately).
