For Lior, one argument "against" (or temporarily against) a dedicated
-bidi list is that indeed specific problems of RTL languages probably
need to be quite widely exposed rather than kept in a kind of very
specialised area (another word came to my mind but would have sounded
offensive, I'm afraid, and the last thing I want is hurting people's
feeling).

I think that all people involved in i18n and l10n must be aware of RTL
specificities just like they have to be aware of the specific issues
of languages such as CJK (Chinese-Japanese-Korean). -i18n needs to
keep this "gathering point" behaviour.

The use of subject markers can be encouraged for this, of course, such
as "[RTL]" or "[BIDI]" or whatever appropriate.
