So, step 8 done. I validated you for debian-installer, base-config and
tasksel projects.

You need to commit a file named "foo" in packages/po in
debian-installer repository.

Be aware that successful non-anonymous checkout of D-I SVN repository
may only be possible after tomorrow, about 06:30UTC, after the resync
of the alioth.debian.org and svn.debian.org machines user accounts and
groups.
