Sure. Any propositions?

I always have problems with figure out proper name for files when there are
more than one internationalization file in the package.

Let's get tasksel as example.

There are:

po/pl.po
debian/po/pl.po
tasks/po/pl.po

What names do you suggest?

I used last time the following:
po_pl.po
debian_po_pl.po
tasks_po_pl.po
