Yeah, the problem is they are ranked so down I never get to see them ;)

Yes, and I do on ocassions.

OTOH, I think the South American GNOME community is quite happy with the
Spanish translation team and doesn't push for diferent locales. I know
there's been problems with the Spanish TP team in the past (an
Argentinian team was created, luckily nothing came out of it), and for
some time there were Up to 3 different Mozilla translations to Spanish.
It seems things look better lately. In Spanish at least, its not
difficult to come up with translations that are satisfactory in both
America and Europe.
