I Amitrajit Ghosh am a corporate trainer by profession and specialise in Behavioral Trainings.

I have over 6 years of experience in Training and other aspects of Human Resorces Development.

Currently am associated with world renowned WIPRO e-services Limited as Deputy Manager-Talent Transformation.I have been sent to USA and Singapore to undergo specialised training programs aswell.

I have handled various aspects of training ranging from Training need identification, designing training modules, conducting training programs, post training performance assessments to managing a team of trainers.

Am looking forward to settle in Dubai and work for an MNC of repute in a respectable position.
