I see, you run potato. I could not change to much of the default
setings of locale, while I was running potato. I still have access
to some PC running potato, the locales are not easy to change. You
may consider to download the sources and compiled by yourself
after you did the changes. Somehow on potato you get only the
binaries. On woody you can choose which locale you want, to avoid
having big files you never use.

I try to see if potato accept the files from woody and it is working.
In fact the files from woody are larger, but that is OK. I could compile
it for you if you want. Just tell what you would like to change
here:

The only non-ASCII character here is in Thuersday, the Unicode
is 10D, it look like a small c with an inverted circumflex.
I hope I got it right. Sory, I don't know Slovakian. Please
corect me if I am wrong.

May be it help to see how it looks for English (en_US):

You may change the binaries, but it will work only if the strings
you enter will replace a string with the same number of characters.

You may write me directly to don't disturb people from the lists.
