Seemingly the same 1.18.3-7 as you do:

$ dpkg -l libkrb5-3:hurd-i386
| Status=Not/Inst/Conf-files/Unpacked/halF-conf/Half-inst/trig-aWait/Trig-pend
|/ Err?=(none)/Reinst-required (Status,Err: uppercase=bad)
||/ Name                Version      Architecture Description
ii libkrb5-3:hurd-i386 1.18.3-7 hurd-i386 MIT Kerberos runtime libraries
$ apt policy libkrb5-3:hurd-i386
  Installed: 1.18.3-7
  Candidate: 1.18.3-7
  Version table:
 *** 1.18.3-7 500
        500 http://ftp.ports.debian.org/debian-ports unstable/main
hurd-i386 Packages
        500 http://deb.debian.org/debian-ports unstable/main hurd-i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1.18.3-6 500
        500 http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian-ports/20210812T100000Z
sid/main hurd-i386 Packages

However, I've noticed that

$ file /usr/lib/i386-gnu/libkrb5.so.3
/usr/lib/i386-gnu/libkrb5.so.3: symbolic link to libkrb5.so.3.3~0
$ dpkg -S /usr/lib/i386-gnu/libkrb5.so.3.3~0
dpkg-query: no path found matching pattern /usr/lib/i386-gnu/libkrb5.so.3.3~0

I don't know what to make of that.
