"Dillo 1 was removed from Debian because it depended on GTK 1.2, Dillo 2 was never packaged because it depended on FLTK 2.0 which had license issues. They're now resolved, but developement of FLTK 2.0 was stopped in favor of FLTK 1.3.
So I plan to reintroduce Dillo in form of the currently active FLTK 1.3 port aka Dillo 3 which is close to it's first release."
