Scim-gtk2-immodule cannot be installed.

I am annoyed by cannot the installation of scim-gtk2-immodule.
Installatin message is as follows:

What should I fix?
P.S: is it a bug that ctrl-c ctrl-c doesn't work on gdb on emacs
(neither emacs21 nor emacs-snapshot)?
