Maybe "login and get stoned"? Or "2 GB should be enough for anybody"?
Ok, seriously, here is my preferred description of the essence of the
Hurd:

"The GNU Hurd - giving freedom to users!"

As this applies to both the technological and non-technological
aspects of the Hurd, I find this very nice.  I also came up with "it
lacks TCPA drivers", which is slighly self-ironic (bad driver support)
and indicates that we consider freedom to be highly important
(anti-TCPA).
