bochs problem

Hi

I am trying to get the hurd installed in bochs. I am following the
instructions at
http://lists.debian.org/debian-hurd/2003/debian-hurd-200303/msg00065.html

The tarball I'm using is gnu-20020816.tar.gz from
alpha.gnu.org/gnu/hurd/contrib/marcus. Is there a newer file than this
somewhere?

I am using the bochs text mode interface. this is the output on the
terminal:

  Booting 'GNU(single)'

root (hd0,0)
Filesystem type is ext2fs, partition type 0x83
kernel /boot/gnumach.gz root=device:hd0s1
   [Multiboot-elf, <0x100000:0x1681c0:0x0>,
<0x2691c0:0x1eb44:0x1a9b0>, shtab=0
x2a3140, entry=0x100000]
module /hurd/ext2fs.static --readonly
--multiboot-command-line=${kernel-comma
nd-line}  --host-priv-port=${host-port}
--device-master-port=${device-port} -
-exec-server-task=${exec-task} -T typed ${root} $(task-create)
$(task-resume)
   [Multiboot-module @ 0x2a8000, 0xc9cdc bytes]
module /lib/ld.so.1 /hurd/exec $(exec-task=task-create)

boot
GNUmach 1.2
AT386 boot: physical memory from 0x0 to 0x2000000

It seams to hang here for ever. If I press any key, I get the
following.

Kernel General protection trap, eip 0x11adea
kernel trap, type 13, code = 0
Dump of i386_saved_state 002a1a4c:

The bochs version is 2.0.2-3 from debian sid.

Rob
