Fileutils 4.1.9 and GNU/Hurd.

Hi,

For those that might be curious, GNU fileutils 4.1.9 is the first
release that supports some GNU/Hurd extensions.  This release adds
support for the preservation of the author field when copying files;
and an new option (--author) to ls that lists the author field.  Read
the NEWS and the ChangeLog for more information.

More GNU/Hurd specific features will be added in future version so
just have patience (of course the patches will be sent to bug-hurd for
general scrutiny before sending them to Jim Meyering and Paul Eggert).

Note: You can't change the author field just yet, but a program that
      will allow you to do that will be added in a future version.  Or
      as an quick exercise write an 10 line hack that does it. :)
