What do you mean ? Is it somewhere on-line ?

Sure, writing documentation (especially the programmer's manual) is
very important and I would help writing it if I understood Hurd a bit
;-) But the issue of gathering the bits is of equal importance and it
is much less work and it can be done fast. It is true that putting it
all together is only beginning of the story - the rest is about
maintenance which must be split between more people.
