I'm not sure what their status is wrt gcc-3.0, I'm doing
all the building with gcc-2.95. If you try to link oskit-mach
with the current debian package in unstable, it will not
work, as I'm sure you've noticed. I have been able to boot
oskit-mach linked with oskit-20000202 (but I think
oskit-20000505 might work as well, but not later versions).

With this setup, oskit-mach is fairly stable, except for
a small memory allocation bug that causes the kernel
to prematurely to run out of free pages. I've tracked it
down and working on a fix now.

I suggest, when compiling, remove anything that has to do
with `unix' and `examples' from the modules.x86.pc file.
