You should be able to use something like:

  deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian woody main contrib
  deb ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/hurd/debian unstable main

modulus your favorite mirror.  No reason to mention sid or
binary-hurd-i386.
