apt 0.3.19.0 is missing, and bsdutils have wrong dependencies.

I've added apt and installed bsdutils 2.10f-5.1. After I was able to install
other packages through apt.



Comparing gnu-20000301.tar.gz and gnu-20000913.tar.gz, I've notice a /gnu in
the first tarball:
