Fixed, and thanks again for reporting it (though you may consider to use
bug-hurd@gnu.org for reporting such errors).

        * linux/src/arch/i386/lib/delay.S: Now really delete the file.
        * linux/src/arch/i386/lib/delay.c: Now really add the file.
