Well, the inetutils postinst should be executed after the settrans.
If reinstallation helped, I wonder if a reboot might help, too.

Not really, but anyway it is wrong. I should only set up the local network in the script.
So I will replace it with:
settrans -c /servers/socket/2 /hurd/pfinet

The active translator couldn't be killed. Try
settrans -fg /servers/socket/2 ...
