Short answer: No.

Long answer: We will do this later. Currently, I don't see any benefit in
doing so. Almost everything in it is essential anyway, and splitting stuff
out would still make the various part glued to each other. For example, I
am not sure we are ready to care about library ABI compatibility.

The first splits will be to have a seperate doc package and a seperate
package for the pic libs and profiling libs (when we are ready for it).
Other splits may follow. There are many many things that are much more
important currently.
