a little sketching is better than a long talk

Hi,

I'm looking for documentation about the hurd, in
the perspective of a presentation in my school about it
(that's also why I try to set it up)

I found only texts, good explanations, yes, but never 
a little sketching with circles, rectangles and arrows representing the
different entities and the way they talk to each other.

Are there such architectural drawings?

If there aren't, I'm gonna make some with xfig. Who
is interested in correcting them?
