(1) I am going to say that these requests should come only from 

the hppa porter team. Please redirect all future requests to us 

or me and we'll handle them.



(2) Domenico has been helping out with the hppa port for years.

I would be more than happy to have him be authorized to upload

manually built packages.



I am happy to allow manually built packages by trusted developers.



I authorize Domenico to be allowed to upload for hppa.
