 Finaly, the kernel linux-image-2.6.17-1-parisc (32 bits) from unstable
worked fine, as sugested by Frans.
Now my system is MPPE encription capable and everithig is workin as
expected.
It took me 2 mounths.....

The log shows indeed that your discs are not available. Either because the
driver is not loaded correctly or because the devices were not created
correctly. The udev "dump" is the most probably direct cause, but the big
question is what's behind it.

Kyle already suggested one option, another could be to try the 2.6.16 or
even 2.6.17 kernel from unstable.

Here are some comments from the initramfs-tools maintainer (maks) and Kyle
on IRC that may help you, especially the comments about how to reboot from
the busybox shell:

yes, udev is misbehaving sometimes, and we don't quite know why.
