The kernel was released before the machine; it's not surprising that
it doesn't know about the L1500's CPU ;-)

Actually, L1500 and L3000 are cut-down N class with DEW and Ike.
It probably won't work in SMP mode.  L1000 and L2000 are the "big A500"
boxes.
