you clipped out a bit too much. This line was important:
| model 9000/800/L1500-6x
Either the firmware on the box needs to be upgraded or we
need to add another line to arch/parisc/kernel/hardware.c
like this existing line:
{HPHW_NPROC,0x5E0,0x4,0x91,"Cantata DC- W2"},
This box should "just work" with a newer kernel. It's basically
an a500 (rp24xx) with more PCI slots.
Try the netinstall ISOs or Debian Sarge "beta4" installer.
