In Packages-arch-specific:
%extlib: !hppa # ocamlopt
That is to say, extlib apparently requires ocamlopt, which isn't there
on hppa, so it will FTBFS until such time as either there is an ocamlopt,
or it no longer needs it...
Are you saying that ocamlopt is not needed to build extlib on hppa?
