Serial Ports do not communicate, on a B132L with a 2.4.22-pa12 kernel

Now that I logged back into the machine, I gathered some more information.
I'm using the 2.4.22-pa12 kernel.  I notice pa13 just appeared, it has a 3k
diff, mostly with assembly and low level.  It's a 2.4 kernel in October
2003, do I really need the newer one from a few days ago? (I'll patch from
diff when I compile the new version) http://cvs.parisc-linux.org/download/linux-2.4/?M=D

Thanks.

ttyS1 and ttyS2.  I've tried all with the same results.
