Serial port...

Hi,

If I try to do:

setserial -a /dev/ttyS1 baud_base 38400

I receive an error:

"Cannot set serial info: Address already in use"

setserial -a give me:

/dev/ttyS1, Line 1, Uart: 16550A, Port: 0x0000, IRQ: 121
Baud_base: 454545 close_delay:50 divisor: 0
closing_wait: 3000
Flags: spd_normal


My system: 715/100

crw-rw---- root dialout /dev/ttyS1


I just try to activate pppd between this computer and my 
other debian workstation but the system.

It's a new Debian installation from Debian CD downloaded
on the web.
