Problem compiling kernel at 64 bit



Hi,
i connected to ftp.parisc-linux.org and i have downloaded the
gcc.latest.tar.gz file but i can't see the information to compile.... and i
haven't found the binutils file in the CVS tree..... can anyone help me?
