I disagree.  According to the documentation I have, the D350 has one
serial port on Lasi and another on CAP/MUX.  The serial driver should
not be claiming CAP/MUX.  If I get a boot log of this machine with the
CAP/MUX card installed, I may be able to figure out what's going on.
