I fixed the typo in the changelog, but it still doesn't build for me.
Here is the error:

  Error: hlibrary.setup: Encountered missing or private dependencies:
  vty >=5.4 && <6, vty-crossplatform

All the dependencies should now hopefully be available in unstable.
