pandoc 2.18 or 2.19

Hi,

Pandoc 2.17.1.1 has now entered testing - great!

Thanks to everyone involved in making that happen!

Newest Pandoc is 2.19.2 - would be cool if we could get (closer to)
there before the Freeze.

Here are the next batches of changes that would be needed:

  * upgrade to 2.18
    + citeproc              >= 0.7      && < 0.8
    + doclayout             >= 0.4      && < 0.5
    + hslua-module-doclayout>= 1.0.4    && < 1.1
    + texmath               >= 0.12.5   && < 0.12.6
  * upgrade to 2.19
    + citeproc              >= 0.8.0.1  && < 0.9
    + gridtables            >= 0.0.2    && < 0.1
    + hslua-aeson           >= 2.2.1    && < 2.3
    + pandoc-lua-marshal    >= 0.1.7    && < 0.2
    + texmath               >= 0.12.5.1 && < 0.12.6

Also, in principle unrelated to above, this would be beneficial:
  * use Lua 5.4 (not Lua 5.3)
    when needed Haskell libraries are in Debian:
    + hslua                 >= 2.2.1    && < 2.3

Would be nice if someone in the Haskell team could do the above.

NB! Please do *not* upload a Pandoc without coordinating with me.
