Transition, libghc-xmonad-dev
Hi,
Is there anything I can help with, with the currently ongoing
transition?
Specifically I'm interested in libghc-xmonad-dev, which can't be
installed due to:
libghc-xmonad-dev : Depends: libghc-x11-dev-1.9-14ff7
Depends: libghc-base-dev-4.12.0.0-a86a1
Depends: libghc-containers-dev-0.6.0.1-b7319
Depends: libghc-data-default-dev-0.7.1.1-96adc
Depends: libghc-directory-dev-1.3.3.0-40647
Depends: libghc-extensible-exceptions-dev-0.1.1.4-1e168
Depends: libghc-filepath-dev-1.4.2.1-774a0
Depends: libghc-mtl-dev-2.2.2-07ff1
Depends: libghc-process-dev-1.6.5.0-e8028
Depends: libghc-setlocale-dev-1.0.0.8-dd309
Depends: libghc-unix-dev-2.7.2.2-dbe0e
Depends: libghc-utf8-string-dev-1.0.1.1-e1b76
Recommends: libghc-xmonad-contrib-dev but it is
not going to be installed
I have tried re-building the package with the packages currently in
unstable, but it also depends on:
dpkg-checkbuilddeps: error: Unmet build dependencies:
libghc-pandoc-dev (>= 1.10)
libghc-pandoc-dev itself has and even longer list of dependencies that
don't match, leading me to think that it also needs to be rebuilt, but
it depends on older versions of packages than are in unstable:
dpkg-checkbuilddeps: error: Unmet build dependencies:
libghc-cmark-gfm-dev (<< 0.2) libghc-glob-dev (<< 0.10)
libghc-haddock-library-dev (<< 1.8) libghc-hsyaml-dev (<< 0.2)
libghc-http-client-dev (<< 0.6) libghc-pandoc-types-dev (<< 1.18)
libghc-skylighting-dev (<< 0.8) libghc-texmath-dev (<< 0.12)
libghc-diff-dev (<< 0.4) libghc-quickcheck2-dev (<< 2.13)
i.e.:
||/ Name Version
+++-==========================-=============
ii libghc-cmark-gfm-dev 0.2.1-1
ii libghc-diff-dev 0.4.0-1
ii libghc-glob-dev 0.10.0-1
ii libghc-haddock-library-dev 1.8.0-1
ii libghc-hsyaml-dev 0.2.1.0-2
ii libghc-http-client-dev 0.6.4.1-2
ii libghc-pandoc-types-dev 1.20-1+b1
ii libghc-quickcheck2-dev 2.13.2-1
ii libghc-skylighting-dev 0.8.4-2+b2
ii libghc-texmath-dev 0.12.0.2-1+b1
And this is where I'm running out of the hackish ways I've found to
try and proceed.
Best regards,
Adam
