upload a bunch of packages

sinc this is the first time, I use dht

I would like a green light from more experienced DD with this tool.

so after 3 days of build I have this

I packages also js-dgtables whcih will be a new depedency of pandoc for
the lts-15.10

does it sounds right for you, can I rpocessd, and who can trigger all
binNMU after this upload.
