pandoc is not in DHG, it was built with libghc-http-dev-4000.3.14-a3455
aka 1:4000.3.14-1


but the one produce during the build with dht is
libghc-http-dev-4000.3.14-f64a1 aka 1:4000.3.14-2

so my queston is how do we fix this ?

- Rebuild pandoc on its own and put it in the lab directory ?
- Upload the latest haskell-http and ask for a binNMU of pandoc ?
- someting else ?

This issue will come back for all haskell programmes not managed in the
DHG. Should we put these program also in the (git-annex, pandoc, etc...)
